Terms of service.

7sense provides competency intelligence for professional learning. It helps organizations build concept models from course content, deliver adaptive learning paths and diagnostics, and surface readiness insights for instructors, managers, and evaluators.

7sense is not an LMS replacement. It sits on top of systems you already use. Your organization remains responsible for instructional decisions, assessments, and how readiness insights are applied.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process data you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to access other customers’ data or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond your plan.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of the course content, learner data, and other materials you connect to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process learner data you connect, and for how your team uses readiness insights and recommendations.

Paid plans are billed based on the plan you select, including one-time pilots and recurring Professional or Enterprise subscriptions. Plan limits are described on our pricing page.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Professional plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to your agreement; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated for a pilot.

We work to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the Service, you may cancel your plan.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Concept models, mastery estimates, and readiness insights are provided to assist your team and may contain inaccuracies; verify important decisions before acting on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7sense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time according to your agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, we will delete or return your data as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7sense is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
